What we collect on this site
When you submit the signup form, we collect the information you provide (such as name, email, and for venues: phone and business name). Submissions are processed through Zoho CRM, our service provider. We may also store a cookie on your device to remember your cookie preference on this site.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
- Access or receive a copy of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete your personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Opt out of marketing emails or texts
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
FansLikeYou does not sell your personal information for money. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising in connection with this marketing signup form.
If our practices change, we will update this page and provide a clear opt-out mechanism before doing so.
How to submit a request
Email us at privacy@fanslikeyou.com with:
- Your request type (access, correction, deletion, or marketing opt-out)
- The email address you used on this site or in the app
- Enough detail for us to verify your identity
We will respond within the time required by applicable law (for example, 45 days under California law, with an extension when permitted).
Marketing opt-out
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also email privacy@fanslikeyou.com to opt out of promotional emails.
If you agreed to receive texts or calls about FLY Zone onboarding, reply STOP to a text message or contact privacy@fanslikeyou.com to opt out of further calls or texts.
Authorized agents
California residents may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We may require proof that the agent is authorized to act on your behalf and verification of your identity.
